The ICM Adjustable Universal Substrate Test Fixture series provides a highly flexible test platform for microstrip substrates. Two RF or four RF connections available.
Both RF-launches can be adjusted in Y- and Z-axis to accommodate DUTs with offsets and different substrate thickness.
These fixtures can be upgraded to higher frequency ranges with interchangeable transition assemblies.
De-embedding can accomplished easily with available TRL / LRM Calibration Standards.
Full temperature range versions are available. Many different accessories for DC-bias (single or multiple probes) as well. RF-launches are repairable on site.
