TDR probe
ICM TDR Probes feature fixed or adjustable ground spacing making them suitable for multiple applications. They are designed with Super-SMA connectors and usable to 6.0 GHz.
3.5 mm Calibration Standards can be used with the ICM Calibration Adapters. These probes are very rugged with field replaceable parts available.
Custom Designs are available upon request.
