The ICM High Power Transistor Test Fixture has been designed to test many different package sizes quickly and economically.
Individual components can be interchanged to accommodate specific test applications. Launch sections can be 50 ohm, or can have pre-matching circuitry.
This fixture can be operated with air or liquid cooling with external ports. The Heatsink can be removed to mount the test fixture onto a hot/cold plate for environmental control.
This fixture is a natural compliment for use with Maury Microwave Tuners.
