Group, LLC, is a preeminent manufacturer of custom designed, miniature electrodeposited metal bellows and bellows assemblies, bellows-type flexile shaft couplings, gold-plated bellows electrical contacts, and lightweight, thin-walled, structurally rigid electroforms. Servometer miniature metal bellows can be made as small as 0.020” (0.5 mm) in diameter, and can be used as springs and flexible seals in long life applications. Servometer flexible shaft couplings can accommodate axial, angular and offset deflections with zero backlash and low windup. Ideal for encoders, stepper motors and motion control feedback devices. Servometer gold-plated contact bellows can meet critical interconnection needs in miniature electronic applications, and feature negligible insertion and reactance loss. Ideal for repetitive connect/disconnects.

Servometer precision electroforms are lightweight, structurally rigid hollow metal shells. Ideal solution for needs involving unusual shapes, close tolerances, lightweight, high strength and ultra-thin walls.
