Spectrum Devices Launches Small Signal Die Sales

Press Release from Spectrum Devices Corporation

Spectrum Devices introduces a new line of small signal bipolar transistor die designed to replace obsolete parts from NEC, Philips, Motorola, and Avago/Broadcom. Focusing on hybrid amplifier and oscillator manufacturers, Spectrum's small signal die line is made to keep existing products running for years to come.

Initially focusing on NEC replacement devices, the SD461A-12 and SD856-10 are direct replacements for the NE46100 and NE85600 respectively. Featuring low phase noise and high fT, Spectrum's small signal bipolar transistors are excellent choices for your new and existing designs. In addition to the SD461A-12, Spectrum also offers a lower power version, the SD801-12. Samples for the SD461A-12, SD801-12, and SD856-10 will be available in December 2018.

Spectrum Devices is a designer and manufacturer of high power RF/Microwave transistors. Specializing in legacy bipolar transistors, Spectrum supply parts to commercial and military markets.
