IMST is an international-operating R&D-company specializing on wireless communications and microelectronics. Business areas are contract-based development and licensing of technologies for the RF & Wireless industries. IMST provides engineering solutions, software tools and several test and measurement services to its worldwide clients.
The company has been founded in 1992 by Prof. Ingo Wolff and Dr. Peter Waldow. Today, IMST employs about 150 scientists and engineers. Numerous innovations in the field of cellular handsets as well as the minimization of EM radiation towards the human head by introducing optimized antenna concepts are well recognized.
