About DeWAL Industries

DeWAL Industries manufactures high performance pressure sensitive films and tapes in PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) and UHMW-PE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight polyethylene).

These substrates, as well as FEP, polyamide, glass fabric, silicone rubber, aluminum foil and polyester, are backed with proprietary systems using silicone, acrylic or rubber-based adhesive. DeWAL films and tapes are sometimes laminated, coated or specially processed to add or emphasize specific physical, chemical and environmental properties.

DeWAL products can be either standard or custom. PTFE film thickness can be from 0.0005 to 0.060” (0.013mm to 1.52mm), and widths can be up to 50” (44mm). UHMW film thickness can be from 0.0.002 to 0.045” (4.763mm to 1.397m), and widths can be up to 55” (55mm).
