This cable trim saw is an upgraded redesign of the original T-510M and T-511M trim saws. The newer design allows trimming of short cable legs, which is more common in the industry of today. Longer length cables are still easily trimmed by these saws as well. As before, the cable can be trimmed in preparation for connector installation. The saw produces an extremely clean cut with minimum smear. The length and depth of the cut are set by micrometers on the rear and right side of the unit.
