Product Overview

Triple Balance Microwave Mixers

The M3202 is a precision-engineered triple-balanced mixer designed to deliver high performance in demanding RF applications. It can be used as either an upconverter or downconverter. Operating across a wide RF/LO frequency range of 2.0–20.0 GHz, with an IF bandwidth of 0.1–4.0 GHz, it provides clean frequency conversion with minimal distortion.

Typical conversion loss is 7.0 dB (maximum 11 dB), while LO-to-RF and LO-to-IF isolation are greater than 18 dB and 16 dB, respectively (typical values: LO/RF 25 dB, LO/IF 25 dB). The mixer supports LO drive levels from +9 to +14 dBm or +15 to +20 dBm, offering flexibility for various system requirements. These characteristics make the M3202 ideal for high-dynamic-range applications where signal integrity is essential.

The M3202 features an ultra-wideband matching structure and incorporates a quad-matched monolithic Schottky barrier diode, resulting in a broadband mixer with low conversion loss and excellent spurious suppression. Its planar construction ensures optimal phase and amplitude matching across a wide frequency range.

Housed in a compact module with integrated SMA connectors, the M3202 is designed for seamless integration into modern RF and microwave systems. Manufactured to ISO-9001 standards and available with MIL-STD screening options, it delivers dependable performance in both commercial and mission-critical environments.
