PMI Model PS-180-4R15R3-SFF is a 0 /180 Degrees, Bi-Phase Modulator designed to operate over the 4.1 to 5.3GHz frequency range. This model can handle RF input signal levels up to +30dBm without damage; has an insertion loss of 3.0dB maximum and a maximum VSWR of 1.7:1. A TTL control will switch between 0 degrees and 180 degrees phase states in less than 100nsec. The required supply voltages are ±5VDC. The package size is 1.0" x 1.0" x 0.5".
