The T650 family of hot plates was designed to provide an affordable yet reliable approach to conductive thermal testing. They not only offer the lowest purchase cost, but the high quality construction assures the lowest cost of ownership. These hot plates are the quickest and most economical approach to testing electronic components. They are much faster than chambers and interconnecting and tuning of the unit under test is easy. The T650 is heated by cartridge elements embedded in the plate. It is cooled by the expansion of liquid Carbon Dioxide (LCO2) or liquid Nitrogen (LN2) in an extremely efficient channel sealed within the plate. Two standard sizes are available (6.75” X 6.75” & 11” X 11”). The plates are surface ground for flatness and hard plated for durability. The microprocessor-based digital indicating temperature controller is integrated within the thermal plate chassis, making for a compact design. The controller has a dual LED display showing both desired temperature and current set point. The thermal ramp rate can be set via the front panel. A latching failsafe is included in the system for added safety. The plates come in a choice of 115/230 VAC 50/60 Hz input.
