RF Networks manufactures data modems, 56 Kbps - 15 Mbps, for modulated fiber, coaxial cable, and microwave systems. The Model 5960 and Model 5140 are point-to-point QPSK modems, frequency agile 0.5 to 960 MHz. Used with standard remote bridges/ routers, LAN interconnect becomes possible over miles of HFC cable. An Unmanaged Bridge Interface is available to create dedicated high rate (up to full 10 Mbits/sec) Ethernet interconnection. RF Networks also makes telemetry demodulators for aerospace.
